Action commenced September 13, 1947, in the civil court of Milwaukee county by Ralph J. Zuelke against Maria Gergo and Peter
Maretich to recover $1,000 down payment on the purchase price of certain property on which plaintiff had made an offer to
purchase. In the civil court, plaintiff's case was dismissed with costs. Plaintiff appealed to the circuit court; there the judgment
was reversed, and on June 9, 1950, judgment went in favor of plaintiff against defendants, with costs. From the judgment of
the circuit court defendants appeal.
